1. Defining the Role & Vision

6 months AgriTourism Manager Nov- April

• Core Responsibilities: Managing farm operations, creating visitor experiences, marketing, and maintaining sustainability practices.

• Qualities Needed: Passion for sustainable agriculture, business acumen, and community-building skills.

• Opportunities for Growth: Emphasize the potential to scale and innovate within the role (e.g., developing new revenue streams, expanding into neighboring islands).

6 months Hospitality Operations May-Oct

• Core Responsibilities: Managing accommodation and restaurant operations, creating visitor experiences, maintaining sustainability practices

• Qualities Needed: Passion and expertise for exceptional hospitality and delivering our promise “ arrive as guest, depart as family”

• Opportunities for Growth: Hire and Train staff, exhibit innovation, develop new revenue opportunities

Accommodations and Food & Beverage:

We offer accomodation (free) with air conditioning, and WiFi, access to a clothes washer and laundry soap will be provided. While we offer linens, it will be your responsibility to care for and wash them. May-Oct 2 meals a day, with unlimited soft drinks included at our restaurant, Nov-April cooking on your own with a 100 Euro per week supermarket allowance. Alcohol consumption is not included. 

Benefits and Salary:

The initial salary starting at 900 Euros per month. 

You will have access to an eBike for your convenience at all times, and for island hopping on your spare time, all ferry expenses will be reimbursed during your employment.
