The grove was planted approximately 200 years ago, giving the grove a rich heritage on the Greek island of Mathraki.
The terroir’s perfection, mild winters and hot, dry summers are perfect for olive trees.

The Lianolia olive variety, combiked with terroir, is highly regarded as the healthiest olive oil in the world, with the highest concentration of Oleocanthal and producing olives with very low acidity levels.

Trees require pruning, harvest assistance, and general care.
Tree & Oil Characteristics:
Despite minimal care, these olive trees produce an abundant harvest every two years.
Their “wild” state, is untouched by chemicals, nourished only by surrounding foliage, and irrigated solely by rainfall.
